My new account is not yet activated, why?

I'm trying to login on my AMP account, but it's saying the following message: Account not yet activated". What do I need to do? I have not received the activation e-mail.

Thank you for your question regarding your account activation. Normally, our confirmations team sends out a call within 30 minutes of an order being placed. If they are not able to reach you, they will send an email request. Please check your spam folder to be sure. You can always contact them directly at your convenience via phone, chat, or email.
