We will email you a reminder when your products are up for renewal. You can set a billing reminder for your account renewal in your Account Management Panel (or AMP). In this guide, you can learn how to set up a billing reminder for your account renewal in your AMP.
Set up Billing Reminder
Hover over the Billing tab.
Click on Set Renewal Reminder.
NOTE: If you have already configured a reminder, then you will see the previous selection “Your Current Renewal Reminder: ## days before“. Click on the Edit button to follow along with the next steps to change it.
From the Renewal Reminder drop-down menu, select the amount of days (7, 14, 30, 60) before your renewal date that you would like to receive a reminder.
Once you have made your selection, click on the Save button.
To confirm your settings have been saved, you will then see a message similar to the following:
“Your Current Renewal Reminder: ## days before“
Once you have submitted the request, before your account renews you will receive an email reminder.
