Did you know that InMotion Hosting offers wellness resources for team members? \u00a0One of the bulletin boards in our Virginia Beach office break room features wellness resources, like healthy recipes and tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle.\u00a0 But to help team members be even more proactive in maintaining their health and wellness, we offer two quarterly wellness initiatives: Get Physical and I Work Out.<\/span><\/p>\n

Get Physical<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

When it comes your health and wellness, \u201can ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.\u201d\u00a0 Routine preventive care exams are an important part of a healthy lifestyle, even if you think you\u2019re already healthy. \u00a0Preventive care visits focus on catching and preventing diseases early – don’t wait to treat a disease, work to prevent it!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The Get Physical wellness initiative encourages team members to get an annual physical\/preventive care visit by offering them a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card.\u00a0 To be entered in the gift card drawing, team members submit a letter from their medical provider stating they completed their annual physical.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I Work Out<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Physical fitness is so much more than just losing weight.\u00a0 It is a vital component of your health and wellness routine. \u00a0Exercising can improve your mood, boost energy levels, combat and prevent diseases, and become a social part of your day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>If team members need a little help in establishing or maintaining a healthy physical fitness routine, then the I Work Out initiative can help save the day! \u00a0Team members must submit proof of their exercise or physical fitness routines to get their name entered into our quarterly drawing. \u00a0The more times team members workout, the more times their name is added to the drawing, increasing their chances to win a $25 Amazon gift card. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
