InMotion Hosting, Inc. is one of the nation\u2019s fastest growing website hosting companies. We\u2019re looking to fill an opening for a Web Design Project Coordinator position within our Web Design Department.<\/p>\n
Candidates must have at least two years experience working in customer service, demonstrating outstanding communication and organizational skills. Additionally, experience with Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite is a plus. Experience with WordPress and eCommerce platforms like OpenCart and WooCommerce is also a plus.<\/p>\n
Your Job Is To:<\/strong> What You Need:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Conduct initial design interview with new clients to discuss design, functionality, and scope of project, including setting expectations.
\n\u2022 Coordinate entire production process between client, designer, and coder.
\n\u2022 Collect and organize content provided by client.
\n\u2022 Create account in CRM and Project Management System.
\n\u2022 Maintain daily communication with clients about web design project.
\n\u2022 Communicate accurately and thoroughly to clients.
\n\u2022 Ensure all documents and files are uploaded in correct destination.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
\n\u2022 Very strong organizational skills.
\n\u2022 Basic understanding of web design processes and technologies.
\n\u2022 Exceptional customer service experience; 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
\n\u2022 Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to detect and resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
\n\u2022 Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML, and WordPress. Experience with eCommerce solutions like WooCommerce is a plus.<\/p>\n
