This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth across our expanding portfolio, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/\">InMotion Hosting<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ramnode.com\/\">RamNode<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webhostinghub.com\/\">Web Hosting Hub<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/\">BoldGrid<\/a>, and our emerging <a href=\"http:\/\/inmotioncloud.com\/\">InMotion Cloud<\/a> product lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Director of Sales, you will own Sales performance, build and develop high-performing sales teams, and execute strategies that accelerate growth across multiple product lines. This role will drive the adoption and optimization of AI-enabled CRM workflows, sales analytics, and intelligent automation to accelerate revenue growth and optimize individual and team selling effectiveness. Come grow with us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote with travel as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Build, lead, and scale a high-performance Sales organization<\/strong>, instilling a culture of accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement among a growing team. We currently have a team of about 10 and are mid-transition, identifying how Sales Engineers and different specialists may fit into our structure.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Own enterprise revenue performance<\/strong>, driving predictable growth through rigorous forecasting, pipeline governance, and consistent quota attainment across all product portfolios,&nbsp;helping lead growth from $45M to $100M over the next 5-6 years.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Define and execute the company\u2019s sales strategy<\/strong>, aligning priorities with corporate objectives to accelerate growth across Hosting, Cloud, and IM Cloud solutions.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expand market share and unlock new revenue streams<\/strong> through vertical expansion and AI-driven analytics that increase upsell, cross-sell, and recurring revenue.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success<\/strong> to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, enhance retention, and maximize lifetime value.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities<\/strong>, including expansion of InMotion Cloud and next-generation infrastructure solutions.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shape go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap<\/strong>, leveraging customer insights to guide innovation and competitive positioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A proven sales achiever with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth in hosting, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments, responsible for owning and scaling revenue across subscription-based product lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone highly skilled in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve optimal sales conversion rates, customer retention percentages, and fostering a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using AI for lead enrichment, forecasting, enabling sales teams with AI tools and coaching on AI workflows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A leader passionate about leading by example, coaching, mentoring, and elevating team capability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and executive-level communication abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2001, InMotion Hosting is a privately owned, closely held provider of traditional web hosting and ultramodern XaaS solutions.
