Do you love using Linux? Do you know what a LAMP stack is and how to use it?  We want you to join our Support Department as a Technical Support Representative! We are a fast-growing company with a relaxed culture, looking for talented, customer service focused technicians to join our family.

 

Come work 15 minutes from the ocean at our Virginia Beach, VA office or hit the slopes in our Denver, CO office. New team members are offered a $1,000 Sign on bonus.

 

As a Technical Support Representative, you will:

  • Help our customers with their web hosting accounts via phone, tickets and live chats.
  • Walk customers through setup of email, cPanel, and FTP clients
  • Be a part of a collaborative team environment where you’ll build on your technical skills to advance your career
  • Provide customer feedback to leaders to improve products, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Get extra cash! If our customers leave you a compliment, we’ll give you $10 for each one! Top performers earn about $7,000 a year in kudos!

What it takes:

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a helpful attitude and friendly disposition
  • Familiarity with Linux command line
  • Experience creating or hosting websites
  • Working knowledge of cPanel and WordPress preferred
  • Help desk or call center experience preferred

Our new Denver office is just a few short minutes from Downtown Denver, and only an hour’s drive away from several of Colorado’s finest ski resorts! New team members are offered a $1,000 Sign on bonus and $1,500 in relocation assistance if you are looking to move to the area.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will:

    • Help our customers with their web hosting accounts via phone, tickets and live chats.
    • Walk customers through setup of email, cPanel, and FTP clients
