Specifically, more time spent in front of computer screens, as mentioned in a <a href=\"https:\/\/calnewport.com\/blog\/2018\/11\/07\/on-physician-burnout-and-the-plight-of-the-modern-knowledge-worker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent post<\/a>&nbsp;on the <em>Study Hacks<\/em>&nbsp;blog, has been demonstrated to increase worker burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Too Much Time in Front of the Computer Screen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It seems impossible to break away from emails and instant messaging systems. We rely on these systems to get our daily work done. But is there a downside to all that busyness and productivity?
