This tutorial will assist you with installing a Wordpress theme using the theme search feature within Wordpress.
When you first install Wordpress, it will be assigned the default them, which looks like the screenshot below. Most users will wish to change the theme.
The first thing you will need to do is log into your Wordpress admin area. To do this, access your Wordpress blog and add /wp-admin to the end of the url. For example, if your blog is located at domain.com, you can access domain.com/wp-admin to get to the login page.
After you are logged in, click "themes" under "Appearance".
Click "Install Themes".
Using the search box, search for a theme.
When you find a theme you like, you can click "Preview" to preview the theme in a bigger window. If you would like to use this theme, click "Install".
Click "Install Now".
After the theme has been installed, you can click "Preview" to see how it will look on your site. If you are happy with what you see, click "Activate" to activate the theme.
You're done! You can now access your site to see the new theme in action.
