If you have a current PCI compliance report, which is often a PDF file, you can submit it via email to support@inmotionhosting.com

Our systems administration team will make every effort to review your report and correct the server issues for you. Please keep in mind, if you are on a shared hosting package this may result in having to move your account to another shared server. InMotion Hosting does not perform PCI compliance scans. You will need to contact an approved PCI complaince scanning company to do so. Our systems administrators also request that you perform these PCI scan during off peak hours (overnight EST).
