PCI (payment card industry) standards are constantly changing and can affect many of our customers. If you have an e-commerce website that processes payments you want to ensure you are PCI compliant. Being PCI compliant can mean many things to different customers. PCI standards are in place to make sure that all companies that store, process or transfer the personal credit card data do it in a manner which is secure. This is to protect the customers information and provide If you have had a review on your account's PCI compliance and wish InMotion Hosting to assist you with reviewing the compliance report we would be more than happy to. If you have a current PCI compliance report, which is often a PDF file, you can submit it via email to support@inmotionhosting.com Our systems administration team will make every effort to review your report and correct the server issues for you. Please keep in mind, if you are on a shared hosting package this may result in having to move your account to another shared server. InMotion Hosting does not perform PCI compliance scans. You will need to contact an approved PCI complaince scanning company to do so. Our systems administrators also request that you perform these PCI scan during off peak hours (overnight EST). |
