There are many times it can be helpful to have your account's Technical Details. Fortunately, it's quite easy to obtain this information from within your Account Management Panel (AMP).

Here is a list of information that can be viewed here: Type of hosting plan you have, Primary domain name, cPanel username, Server name, Hostname, Temp. URL, Temp. cPanel URL, Temp. Webmail URL, control panel URL, Webmail URL, Nameservers 1 & 2, and the IP addresses for the nameservers.

How to View Your Technical Info:

  1. Login into AMP.
  2. On the AMP home page, click the button titled Account Technical Details.


    You will then see your Account’s Technical Details, it will look like this:

Can you please elaborate on what you're talking about? When logging into AMP (Account Management Panel), there is not a Preferences section, and I'm not sure what you mean by a branding icon.

This article focuses on looking at the technical information for your account from within AMP. Were you possibly referring to your own website, or possibly cPanel? Please let us know what you're trying to do and we'll try to assist you.

You can indeed use your temporary URL to access your addon domain. As addon domains are placed within a directory in your public_html directory, you would access it as another folder after your temporary URL such as the following example:

http://ecbiz108.inmotionhosting.com/~inmoti6/addondomaindirectory

How about actually having a search that shows which domain is hosted on which server?

Also, while we are on the subject....how long is the maintenance (and subsequent repair) going to take on biz112? You know, it's not like people actually are looking to conduct business and get emails on their accounts.......oh, thats right, YES, YES they do want to conduct business in the middle of the day on a Thursday!

I can understand the frustration with the Biz112 server issues. Unfortunately, there is no ETA at this time as this type of emergency maintenance does require some time. This was not a planned event and they are working to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Please see the Emergency File System Recovery on Biz112 announcement for further detail.

Hello Vladimir,

I checked with the Systems team and they are not seeing any issues on that server with teh MySQL services. Please let us know the details (error messages, etc) here and we can perhaps assist.
