Once your backup has completed at your previous host and you have downloaded it, you’ll need to upload it to your InMotion Hosting account.

  1. Log into your InMotion Hosting cPanel
  2. Click on "File Manager"
  3. Select “Home Directory” from the pop-up

  5. In “File Manager” click on “Upload

  7. Click “Choose File”, choose the backup file you want to upload, and click “open
