When you purchase your dedicated hosting server package, the standard server setup includes the setup of the operating system using cPanel and WHM. Our Managed Hosting team can also help to setup custom configurations like database clusters, software, hardware RAIDs, firewalls, and enhanced security. They can also help implement NGINX, optimize your server, setup Varnish and more. Depending on your dedicated server package, you can also upgrade your RAM, hard drive space, or add a secondary drive or backup drive.
In addition to the upgrade and server options, our dedicated hosting server packages include a 2 hour hardware replacement guarantee where any faulty hardware is replaced within 2 hours of notification.
Live Technical Support
Our live technical support team provides dedicated hosting technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Dedicated IP Addresses
All dedicated hosting servers come with at least 5 IP addresses. You get more depending on the level of hosting of your hosting subscription. The IP addresses that come with your server are provided free of charge, and are assigned to your server via the Technical Support Department. You can also purchase additional IP address through the Account Management Panel (AMP).
