We've recently had an increase in calls from customers of Comcast stating that they are having connectivity issues connecting to servers in our network.

Our system administration team working with Comcast technicians, has determined that these temporary routing issues are from within Comcast's own network, and are not currently something directly related to InMotion Hosting.

If you are a Comcast customer, and you're having issues reaching any of your services with InMotion Hosting, please contact Comcast directly in order to report this issue. The more direct Comcast customers that alert them of these issues, the higher priority of an issue it will become for them.

I have been calling comcast and inmotion for the last 2 weeks. Domain name registered with godaddy. All companies claim the other needs to act. Today a qualified tech from Comcast called and said comcast is enforcing dnssec(and google has begun to).The two options to resolve it are to correct the dnssec configuration or remove or remove it. Solution that worked for me was to login to Godaddy, go to DS Record Manager, and remove the two DS records in there(There WERE error messages in each ds record). This now allowed comcast users to see my site.
