Brief Internet Outage - Virginia Beach Call Center

At approximately 12:25PM EST today (2012.02.22), uplink for our Virginia Beach Call Center was interrupted. Please note: this interruption impacted our Call Center only and did not impact services to customer websites or email. Chat support service was unavailable during this time. However, email ticketing and telephone support services remained available. Connectivity was restored at approximately 12:40PM EST.
