Biz96 has been experiencing intermittent service timeouts and degraded quality of service for an extended period. We have not yet identified the problem, and are continuing efforts to resolve the issue at this time. Customers inquiring regarding outages or performance on biz96 should be advised. We will continue to provide updates as additional information is available.
