When you first install WordPress the Admin Dashboard will be in English by default. You have the ability to easily change this language setting from your Admin Dashboard. In this tutorial we will show you how to change your Dashboard Language in WordPress. This will allow you to navigate the WordPress admin section in your native language.

Changing your WordPress Language

  1. Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation menu, then click the General link.
  3. Click the drop-down menu next to Site Language, and choose your preferred language.
  4. Click the Save Changes button. You will then see the website displayed in the language you selected. Here are some example:
    Espanol:
