I liked this article a lot - gave me the confidence to install and use it. (I'm the Sales Manager - no design or develop experience). I wish I could review and/or edit the emails going out...can you point me to where that is possible? I do have a module installed called emaileditor which I'm going to look at right now!

Thanks for the comment NurturalHorse!

Currently the only way to review or edit emails that are going to the customer will be through the modules section. The one that I see for sending follow-up emails is called Customer Follow-up. You might be better off with the module that you're reviewing now. If you find something that works really well for you, please share your solution with us and we may possibly create an entry recommending it for the purpose of sending / editing emails.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Hello Flordiaz@enpanales.com.ar,

Sorry for the problem with the errors. When I checked your Apache error logs, I'm seeing errors that are often associated with the PHP version being used. Try changing the version of PHP through your cPanel and see if that doesn't fix the problem .

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.

Did you check all the versions of php on your server? How does it work if you rename the .htaccess file?
2015-11-18 9:01 am
I renamed it but nothing, I did everything you ask for.
