Approving Customer Reviews in Magento 1.6

When a customer of your Magento 1.6 website leaves a review, you must approve it before it will show up on the site. If you have a review to approve you can do that in the Magento Admin Backend.

  1. Log into your Magento Admin Panel
  2. Go to Catalog -> Reviews & Ratings -> Customer Reviews -> Pending Reviews
  3. Select "Edit" next to the review you wish to approve

    4. review_1

  4. Change "Status" to "Approved"

    5. review_2

  5. Click "Save Review"
