Adding Products in Magento 1.6

Adding products in Magento 1.6 is important since you want your website visitors to be able to find and purchase the goods and services you have for sale. You can add products to your Magento 1.6 web store in the backend admin panel.

  1. Log into your Magento Admin Panel
  2. Go to Catalog ->> Manage Products

    3. magento_add_product_1

  3. Click "Add Product"

    4. magento_add_product_2

  4. Select the "Atribute Set" and "Product Type" and click "Continue"
  5. Fill in the fields as needed

    6. magento_add_product_3

  6. Click "Save"
