What is bootstrap?

How do I use Bootstrap?
When using Joomla 3.0, bootstrap is included by default. We had planned to write a tutorial series on using bootstrap, but honestly the official documentation is really good! If you're interested in using bootstrap, we suggest taking look at the documentation here.
