Hello Judith,

Are you not able to log into cPanel or Webmail? Are you using Mac or Windows? What version of Safari are you running?

Hello Debbie,

Thank you for contacting us. I tested your cPanel, and was able to successfully add a Parked domain as a test, and create an email address for the parked domain (I removed the test accounts after testing). In my tests I used the Chrome browser.

We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information.

What type of browser are you using? Have you tried a different one, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE?

What type of operating system are you using? For example, are you using Windows 10, OSX, Linux, etc?

Thank you,

Hello Gireesh,

Unfortunately there is no way to change an existing email account like that. However you could remove the email account and re-add it.

Best Regards,
TJ Edens
