How do I install TaxCloud within Zen Cart?

I followed the instructions for installing the TaxCloud (www.taxcloud.net) module in Zen Cart. However, each of the files apparently did not install into the proper folders because the TaxCloud Settings menu did not show up in the Admin area where the instructions stated.

Hello AK2012,

If you followed the instructions correctly and it is not appearing as it should, you will want to check the TaxCloud or ZenCart forums for guidance and support. That is where you would find a fix from anyone that has previously experienced the same issue.
