InMotion Hosting Support Center seems to be blocked

I did a little research and it seems there is a php.ini file that needs to be edited supposedly by the hosting company. Can you help with this please?

Thank you for your question. You can access and edit the php.ini file in your account in the public_html folder. Here is a link to our tutorial on updating your local PHP setings.
