Is there any problem with a WordPress installation in the root and also in a subdirectory?

Hello dubosqued,

Thank you for your question. I don't forsee any problems, and many people host multiple Wordpress installations within an account. Wordpress can easily be installed using Softaculous.

An addon domain functions as a separate website, and is in a different folder.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Thanks for your quick response! I was pretty sure that was the answer, but I've been pretty sure at times in the past where it would have been better to ask first ;-)
