Set max file upload size

using wordpress

Trying to upload a 4MB video it gives me the error that file size exceeds the limit of 1MB

checked PHP.ini - upload file limit set to 128MB

Can't find any settings in WP .. Please help

Fixed!. Have a multi-site configuration and it was a setting in the network admin panel.
