I have wordpress installed in a subfolder having used it as part of an existing website. Now I want to use wordpress as THE website. How can I configure it where it can be accessed directly by the domain name?

Hi HazMatt,

Thanks for posting your question. You can simply make a few changes and you do not need to move all the files. Here's a guide from the WordPress codex. You'll want to look at the section titled "Using a pre-existing subdirectory install"

Giving WordPress it's own Directory

I hope this helps! If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
