Website suspened, now up to date but can't access any part of it

My account was suspended due to billing issues. These were resolved but when I go to my website it has one of those geneic Related Searches template. I cant log into Cpanel or my wordpress. FTP does work either

Thank you for your question Calmovita! Sorry for the trouble with your site not being accessible. We checked the cpanel and website access and they are accessible to us. Its possible you may have a connection problem between you and our server We will need a ping and trace route and your IP address sent to us at support@inmotionhosting.com or given to us through chat. Here is more information on running a ping and trace route. Why is my server slow / how do I run a ping and tracert test? Once we have that information we will be able to see why you cannot connect.
