Slow Loading Speed

Hi,

I have a few addon domains hosting via my inmotion hosting account, including happybonsai and kilofly. I have built a shop in happybonsai - http://www.shop.happybonsai.com/ and I am currently building another one in kilofly - http://www.shop.kilofly.com

Happy Bonsai Shop has been running for over a year, and the loading speed is ok. However, Kilofly Shop, which has just been built and is about to launch, is loading very slowly.

What is the factor that affect the difference in performance and loading speed of these 2 sites? And is there anything I can do to improve the loading speed of Kilofly Shop (http://www.shop.kilofly.com)?

Sorry to hear about the performance problem with your second site. Usually when one site is working fine and another site is slow on the same server, its due to some optimization issues.
