Apologies for your website being down. Unfortunately, this type of outage is not something we have the authority to address in the Support Center. You will need to respond to our live technical support team via phone/email/chat.

I'm sorry that we cannot take direct action on the issue ourselves. Note that there have been multiple emails exchanged with support in the account history. Please reference these messages for details on the issue.

for your quick response I contacted the technical service but are still waiting for a response
