Sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your site. I checked your site and was able to access the site, the cpanel, and the webmail area without issue. If your ping and trace is not going through your IP address may be blocked. You will need to get your IP address (you can simply type "IP" in Google and it will return your address) and send both that and the ping trace results to our Live Support team. Be sure to verify the email with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. They will be able to check and see if your IP is blocked and if they can unblock it for you.
Thanks for the answer. For some reason, maybe my IP was blocked to access the server. After reset the ISP hardware, we got another IP (we have dynamic IP) and everything went back to normal. Unfortunately, we didn't get the former IP to see about blocked IP. But thanks for helping us out.
