Thank you for contacting us. I'm more than happy to assist you. SSH is not available in a shared environment such as a power plan due to security risks. At this time, SSH is only available on a virtual private server or a dedicated hosting account.

SSH Access is only available on our VPS and Dedicated servers. We have more information available on the following page:
