Thank you for your question regarding upgrading your PHP version. You can perform the upgrade yourself if you have root access.

Otherwise, send an email request to support@inmotionhosting.com, be sure to include either your current Amp password, or the last 4 digits of the current credit card that we have on file for verification. This will create a ticket, and we will email you back upon completion.
