Why am I getting this error message with my add-on domain?

We've added a domain to our hosting, and it generated this error message:

Error detected with pure-quotacheck for logicalerror [/home/statec8//home/statec8/public_html/logicalerror.com]: Can't enter directory [/home/statec8//home/statec8/public_html/logicalerror.com]: [No such file or directory]

We've also noticed that the Owner/Group number associated with that site is different - all of our other sites have 2955 2950 while logicalerror.com has 2955 99. How can we fix this?

EDIT: the site is working, so I don't know if any of the above matters, but I thought I should mention it.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Where are you seeing the error? I'd like to look into this further, can you provide me the steps so I can replicate the error? Is this error showing up in cPanel?
