Apologies for the issues. Your account did undergo a recent server move, so it is possible that the problem has to do with the way the DNS is resolving in our network. I have submitted a support ticket on your behalf to our live support team. They will be able to resolve the issue by updating the DNS for you. As this appears to be a DNS issue, you may need to allow for DNS Propagation
- which may take as long as 24 hours to update. You will see a response from the live support reps via the ticket.
