Hi there ,

I want to run the following script:
"/usr/bin/perl /home/deopla5/public_html/cgi-bin/EXTRACT.pl MRREBATES DEAL"

from some sort of reason it does not run and I get no error code.

What might be the problem ?

Thanks

Dan

Hello Dan,

I did check the logs and they do show that the cron is running, along with all the others in the list. By default, apache does not have an error log for perl, so I cannot see any error messages from when it was running. Typically they are coded into the script to trap errors and record a log file in cgi-bin.

We did run the script manually just to ensure it received no specific error messages apart from the others, and it seemed to run as well as the other scripts. (albeit with the missing csv error for all test scripts, which was expected)

If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
Scott M
