How do I fix a formatting issue in SugarCRM?

I have succesfully went through the installation process for sugarcrm, but webpage is not displaying correctly. Mainly the graphics. Permissions are correct as stated in this blog(same problem).

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Can you provide a link to your SugarCRM installation? I've looked over your account and did not see it installed. When I visited your primary domain it appears to have Drupal installed. Have you removed the SugarCRM installation?
