Okay, so I just had my account un-suspended. But now I still cannot log in to my site due to the connection timing out (118).

Please help. I'd like to resolve this immediately.

I am unable to identify your account based on the information from your Community Support account. You will want to contact our Live Support department at support@inmotionhosting.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
