Dear sirs,
As I have experienced unresolved extremely low speed issues, I decided to move my websites to another provider.
I am the owner of sepdek.net account with three domains (sepdek.net, greekislandmemories.com, georgepavlidis.info - the latter was registered just today).
Some of my sites are wordpress sites, some just static or dynamic without databases.
Please provide information on how to migrate and move everything to my new provider while keeping data and functionality. When everything is moved successfully please cancel my registration to your services.
Best,
George

Thank you for your question George!

Sorry to hear you wish to cancel your account. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about moving files from our server to another. We have the following URLS that show how to move files to our server. It should work basically the other way around. Please see the following.

How to migrate your website FROM another host that uses cPanel TO InMotion Hosting

As for your cancellation, we want you to know that we value the business relationship we have with you, but we also understand that we are in a comparison environment. Therefore, if you have concerns over pricing, features or service, based on your current hosting plan we may be able to assist you and have you avoid the transition issues that come with moving to a new hosting provider. As an existing customer you may be eligible to participate in an alternate cost structure, if affordability is a concern.

Please email billing@inmotionhosting.com or call us directly at the 1-888-321-4678. Choose Option 4 at the menu to let us know if you are interested in discussing how we can continue to meet your needs or if you would to continue with the cancellation process. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
James R

I understand George. You can change the nameservers in AMP for domains registered with us. Please see the following link.

How to change your Domain Nameservers in AMP

If you need us to change them for you we can. Let our tech support know what the nameservers are and we will change them ASAP. Sorry for all the trouble with the slowness of your site on our server. We hope the best for you and the success of your business in the future.

Take Care,
James R

Thanks for the answer James.
I will try manage things manually as suggested in the articles you pointed.
Nevertheless I will need some assistance in redirecting my "sepdek.net" and "greekislandmemories.com" domain names to the new name servers, since I cannot find an option to do it myself neither in the cpanel nor in the AMP (or maybe I do not see it).
Regarding the reason I decided to move to another provider, as I stated in my initial message, it has to do with unresolved website extremely slow loading speeds.
Best,
George

James, although I acquired "greekislandmemories.com" through inmotionhosting I cannot find it anywhere to manage the nameservers. I found all other domains through other providers and started updating accordingly but I still have problems regarding that domain. Please advice.

Sorry for the trouble. You can get to the domain maintenance in your AMP panel by following the steps below.

1. Log into AMP.
2. Go to Domain Management > Manage Domains.
3. Under "Select a Domain to Manage", select greekislandmemories.com.
4. On the "Domain Management" page, click "Point your Domain?".
5. on the "Delegation Details" page, enter your Primary and Secondary nameservers.
6. Click Save.

Your nameservers will start working on your host withing 24 hours after the change is made.
