Downgrade hosting plan from dedicated to "pro"

Talk to some of representatives and was told to write using support center.
We use to have dedicated hosting for efstyle.com but we don't need it anymore and would like to downgrade it to "Pro" plan. For account verification, last 4 digits of CC on file: 7232.

Hello efstyle, I do see record of your support contact. What the agent meant was to send the request in an email to our support center at support@inmotionhosting.com as they must forward the request up to our Systems team for the downgrade.
