I am trying to design my website, but I get this message: "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts". What do I do.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. What domain are you using? I've taken a quick look at your account, and I don't see a domain on your account. Have you decided on a domain name for your website? We can help you set up builder to publish using your temp URL so you can publish and view your website's progress if you'd like.
