Problem Installing Drupla

I've tried to install this website creation tool (Drupla) numerous times and can't seem to figure out what is going on. Can you take a look at my files and see what the problem may be. I keep getting error messages at step 2 of 3. thanks!

Hello Jmanches,

You somehow managed to delete the default file structures in your account - specifically the public_html folder (where all the website files would go), and the some of the other files like WWW (which is actually just a symlink). I'm not sure if you're trying to install it manually, or through Fantastico, but the easiest way is definitely to use Fantastico de luxe. I went ahead and RESET your directory structure, so it should be back to normal.
