As you posted your entire question as the title, the end was cut off and I am not able to see your intended question. You may want to edit your question so that we can further assist you.

You certainly can change builders at any time, however. Simply remove your Wordpress (via the Fantastico if that is how you installed it) and you can then upload your new builder.
