Help. I think I signed up for redundant services!

I purchased a package and then wanted to set up my website. It seems I purchased a package that allowed me to then build my site? I thought that was what I had already purchased. Then I wanted a 2nd domain and got charged again? I may not be understanding the offer correctly?

Hello Suvel, I took a look at your account and I saw a hosting account with a domain registration (the Builder program is active on the account already). You were only charged for the 2-year hosting account. The registration of the first domain on hosting account is free for the life the account. Any domain name that you register AFTER that would be charged. So your account is correct - there is no redundant service purchased. Additionally, keep in mind that the Builder license extends to ONE website - if you need to use the Builder for 2 different domain names, then you will need purchase an additional Builder license for $12 (per year). You can add an additional Builder license by simply logging into the Account Management Panel (AMP), go to Additional Services (in the menu on left), select OTHER, select your hosting plan, and then you should see the option there. If you require further assistance with this particular issue, you may need to contact live technical support.
