Shippping not working on site afer move to new server

site was working perfectly until you moved it yesterday from vps to dedicated server. We
ve asked go have it moved back go vps today and its still propogating.. Nobody can check out now. It was a perfect site on a slow server that has been rendered useless after the move yesterday.My cart is prestashop 1.4.9

Hello Jonathan,

I checked your site and the shipping is working fine. This is due to the fact that your site has propagated back to the VPS. As that is the case, there is no way to troubleshoot your site on the dedicated server.

You may want to check the Prestashop forums to see if there is a setting that needs to be set for the program on specific server types. This seems to be a third party program issue and without being able to work on it I am not able to make any suggestions.

Please keep in mind we also have no knowledge of your version of PrestaShop, we began on version 1.5, which was a major version change. We are happy to help in any way we can, but ultimately, third party programs are not within our scope of support.
