FormMail Will Not Work

I created a HTML form using the tag from W3 school. I followed the instructions to install and configure FormMail.pl. When I submit my for it kind of blinks and nothing happens.
HELP?!

Hello Classic Boatworks,

It appears that your Formmail.pl script had permissions of 644. These permissions needed to be set to 755. I did this for you and it appears the form is working. Also -double-check your script for proper setup if you're not getting email sent to you.
