If I purchase an SSL certificate for my domain will my sub domains be covered too? For example I own www.example.com, will subdomain.example.com be covered?

Hello,

Thank you for your question about SSL certificates for subdomains. Since a subdomain is essentially a different domain name, you would need to purchase an SSL for the following:
  • ww.example.com
  • subdomain.example.com
If you need SSL to cover multiple subdomains, you can also purchase a Wild-card SSL from a 3rd party for:
  • *.example.com
If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
