I purchased an InMotion dedicated SSL certificate on 1/28/13. Is it possible to change the name on the certificate? Currently, my site address reads https://secure.xxxxxxx.com and I would like it to be https://www.xxxxx.com.

Hello Alisons,

If your SSL certificate has already been ordered, you will need to send in a VERIFIED request (an email with last 4 digits of credit card on the account or the AMP password) to support@inmotionhosting.com requesting the change to your certificate. If it is has not already been keyed, then they will re-key it and adjust the information on your account.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
