My ssl expired and I need to renew it. Is it the same as purchasing a new one?

Hello fidnbrett,

Yes, the SSL renewal is essentially the purchase of a new SSL. This should happen automatically as the old one expires. If you have had any information change over the past year you will want to give the new information to our support team so they can get the new SSL issued for you correctly.

If you are having issues or the SSL did not renew, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with any new information (if any) so they can correct that for you. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
