Thank you for contacting us about a SSL connection error after installing an SSL. I checked your domain (using an online SSL checker), and there is no SSL installed.

Have you already purchased an SSL from us or a 3rd party?

a 3rd party, but the hosting and domains is with you., is necesary that you reset server or any more?

Hello bodegafotografo,

Thank you for contacting us. Here is the guide on using a 3rd party SSL. You will need to provide the SSL to Live Support, so they can install it on the server for you.
