Is this IP being blocked from accessing my site and database?

It seems we cannot connect from this IP. Centralmasscfa.com times out, and no connection to the database 0412 can be made.

I have the IP 'allowed' in my control panel, and I do not have any IP's blocked.

This issue started at about the time you moved my account to the new server last week.

We checked with the ISP, and they are not blocking me. A ping test times out.

I've checked the server and the IP you listed was in fact blocked. I've removed the block and you should be able to connect to the website and database normally.
